"Florent is doing really well. He is a hard worker, and he's really easy to be around (...). The students think it's really exciting that he's here, and they like that he teaches them (...) He seems eager to learn, and asks a lot of questions about their way to teach, and how they do different things (...). We are really happy to have him here, and he is welcome to stay longer if he wants to."
"Justin is getting on very well! He is a very hard worker (...). He is keen to work and asks a lot of questions! The staff is very pleased with him and will be sad when it comes for him to leave."
"Raphael is doing very well. He is keen to learn, with a positive attitude and wants to try every different area of work, whether it involves looking after the horses, taking charge of the feeding, helping the staff, cleaning the premises etc.
He is not afraid of hard work or trying something new (...). He is very good taking care of the horses - lunging, working, riding, responsably and, importantly, with a calm attitude."
"Melanie is doing very well and interacting with the staff fantastically. She has fitted in very well and has been a pleasure to work with. She has proved to be a good rider and has learnt a lot of horse management skills since she has been with us. We have taken her to an English horse show where she assisted the grooms and enjoyed herself very much." and so on!
